Accenture Pets

ACN Pets was a proof of concept (POC) for a mock sustainable B2C ecommerce pet store and was even demo'd at SFCC Dreamforce 2022 in San Francisco. The POC highlighted how sustainability could be embedded into both the product offering and customer experience—such as displaying the carbon footprint of purchases, offering eco-friendly shipping options, and promoting offset initiatives.

I helped with enhancing the front end experience of the store using Salesforce Commerce Cloud, while also gaining exposure to back-end development. This allowed me to deepen my understanding of customizing SFCC beyond its out-of-the-box capabilities.
